Rachel Biirah

serves as the Director of Executive Leadership and Governance at CBF. In this role, she provides visionary leadership, strategic oversight, and direction to ensure the organization stays aligned with its mission and long-term goals. Rachel also plays a key role in building and nurturing partnerships that strengthen CBF’s impact and sustainability. Her leadership is rooted in integrity, purpose, and a deep commitment to community development.

Jennifer

Will be leading the spiritual activities in the CBF.

Some of her roles include providing spiritual support and working as the secretary.

With years of experience in evangelism and service, she has a strong passion for God and people.

She will use her knowledge to share the gospel with those in need and encourage faith-centered work.

Iman Ithungu

Is the Project Manager at CBF, based in Uganda, Africa. With a strong talent for team coordination and motivation, Iman excels at guiding projects toward successful outcomes through clear communication, strategic organization, and creative problem-solving. Passionate about effective project management, she brings both structure and inspiration to her work.
